Four very friendly female housemates are looking to fill a large room in a shared house where one (male) housemate has moved out due to ill health. The contract is fixed until end of June. There is not scope to extend the contract beyond that point.

The room is bright with a lovely bay window, furnished with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. It is on the ground floor.

The house features a cosy lounge, modern kitchen, two shower rooms all on the ground floor.

Depending on how quickly viewings and references are conducted, there may be scope to move in a week earlier.
