Double room in spacious flat - Weston

I’m looking for a new flatmate for a double room in a bright, spacious flat in the Weston Park area of Bath. Available to move in from February/March.

The flat is fully furnished. There’s a big living room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a large shower. Outside, we’ve got a private garden and patio, and garage storage.

Appliances included:
- Washing machine
- Tumble dryer
- Dishwasher
- Fridge-freezer

The location is brilliant – walking distance to the city centre, RUH, Tesco and Weston village, with a bus stop nearby. Two PureGyms are a 5–10 minute walk away. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with views over a wooded field.

I’m looking for a tidy, social flatmate. No pets and no smoking in the flat.

A bit about me: I enjoy rugby, cooking, crochet, crafting and being social. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I often like cooking for the flat and for friends so expect many a shared meal.
