Flatmate sought to share central Bath maisonette

One flatmate has had to leave Bath and I am looking for a new flatmate to share this large 3 bedroom maisonette at Lansdown Mansions with one single professional male aged 30.
This furnished maisonette is just a 12 minute walk to the town centre. It has a brand new bathroom, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one empty and presently used as a study), a large living room with dining area and a separate toilet/ cloakroom. The maisonette also comes with a very nice garden.
