Double room available in Southdown bath

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m living in a house in bath (Southdown area) and am looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving to New Zealand at the beginning of march.

A bit about the house: it’s a 3 bed house with 2 double rooms and 1 small single which is set up as a guest room/home office, there’s a decently sized lounge as well as a dining room and garden. Rent is £725 a month plus bills and the house is unfinished (all of the common areas have my furniture in so it would just be the bedroom that would need furnished)

A bit about me: I’m 24 and have been living in the house for about 2.5 years, I work as an event planner for bath spa uni so have some days working from home and some in the office. I also have a group of pet mice who have their enclosure set up in the lounge as well. I do a few different dance classes in my spare time and also am big into crafty hobbies like crochet and sewing too!
