The property is nestled in a quiet valley with beautiful views and immediate access to the countryside surrounding Bath. It is a short drive into the centre of town or 15-20 minute cycle.

The property has two bedrooms and is shared with one other person (me). There is a shared lounge and kitchen which is fully furnished. Additionally there is a third spare bedroom with a desk for occasional working from home or overnight guests.

The flat is split into two separate wings allowing for privacy but with communal areas.

There is off-street parking, a terrace with BBQ and fire pit for summer evenings. Broadband and TV license are included in the rent, bills and council tax (band B) are on top.

A bit about me, I’m Bath Uni graduate, big into wine (I run a wine company in Bath), fitness, racket sports, hiking. I’m sociable and a keen cook, looking to find someone who is friendly and relaxed, up for occasionally sharing a meal or glass of wine!
