The property is nestled in a quiet valley with beautiful views and immediate access to the countryside surrounding Bath. It is a short drive into the centre of town or a 15-20 minute cycle.

The property has two bedrooms and is shared with one other person (me). It is split into two separate wings allowing for privacy but with communal areas. There is a shared lounge and kitchen which is fully furnished. Additionally there is a third spare bedroom with a desk for occasional working from home or overnight guests.

There is off-street parking, a terrace with BBQ and fire pit for summer evenings. Broadband and TV license are included in the rent, bills and council tax (band B) are on top.

A bit about me, I’m Bath Uni graduate, big into wine (I run a wine company in Bath), fitness, racket sports, hiking. I’m sociable and a keen cook, looking to find someone who is friendly and relaxed, up for occasionally sharing a meal or glass of wine!
