Downstairs Double Room Available

Hi! We are a house of graudates/graduating, and we are looking for our fourth for the next tenancy! We are all gamers, so it’s preferable to have someone who also plays games/doesn’t mind the occasional increased volume :) Not too fussed on gender as we are already a mixed household, landlord will ask for guarantor information, aswell as job confirmation/ability to pay the bills, and any previous landlords references! :D Can 100% provide pictures of the kitchen and living room upon request
