Looking for someone to take over my room

Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely flat in Oldfield Park. The room is spacious with room for a double bed as well as storage space and a desk. It also has an ensuite with a shower.
There is a large open plan living room and kitchen and you would be sharing with my lovely flatmate who is currently in the first year of her PhD - she will be staying in the flat until the end of her PhD so would love someone who is also staying long term but is open to other options :)

The room is unfurnished but I do have a storage unit, desk and chair that I would be happy to leave behind if it's wanted. The rest of the flat has been furnished by my flatmate.
