This is a fully managed student accommodation, so the replacement tenant will sign directly with Student Roost.

Looking for a student tenant who can take over the full remaining tenancy period, or continue on to the next academic year's tenancy if they wish too. Flexible on move-in if needed. Happy to help make the process smooth.
