Looking for a flatmate!

Looking for a new flatmate to move in from August, as my current flatmate is leaving. The room available is the largest in the house.
The property is a 2-bed maisonette flat located just off Chelsea Road, with great transport links — only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with routes into town and towards Bristol, and around a 10-minute walk to Lidl.
I’m ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and fairly quiet, but also up for socialising from time to time.
Bills are set at £144 per month (subject to change in June), which includes gas, electricity, WiFi, and water — making things simple and stress-free. Council tax is approximately £86 per month.
