Double Room in Garden Annex | Bath

A tucked-away garden annex attached to a characterful family home at the top of Bath, next to the University of Bath. Private ensuite, double bed, desk, kettle, toaster and mini fridge.

There are 2 of us (sometimes 4 when our boys are back from university) in our friendly, family home plus 2 dogs. Your bedroom is in the annex at the end of the garden, with direct access from the street so you don't need to come in through the house.

Your bedroom is private with blinds for privacy, it is carefully thought out for a very comfortable stay. There is drawer and hanging space in your bedroom plus a desk with good lighting. Your room has a kettle, tea, and a mini fridge but no other cooking or clothes washing facilities. For longer stays we can accommodate use of the main kitchen and other facilities on request.

20 minutes walk into the city, 10 minutes to the station by car. Steps from National Trust Skyline walks and Rainbow Woods, with regular buses into the centre. A quiet, comfortable base for exploring Bath and the surrounding countryside.
