Replacement flatmate required!

Hello, I am looking to move out at the end of the month as I am re-locating to another city for work!

This is a lovely apartment in Oldfield Park with close bus routes and shops. A 5min walk from the train station and 20min walk to city centre.

The bedroom comes with the bed, desk, and chair, and there is a clothing rack. The kitchen amenities and furniture are shared, the views are incredible at sunset.

Bills are split, usually about £180pm per person for gas/electric/wifi/council tax.
