There is access to a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a kitchen with all the necessary crockery, utensils, an oven, a toaster, a washing machine, etc.

You would be sharing with the owner of the flat - I am a 44-year-old woman who runs her own business and is out at work most days. I am also studying at the moment. I am friendly and polite.

Larkhall is a pretty and quaint village, bustling with local community, cafes, the Rondo theatre, restaurants, pubs, a bookshop, butchers, supermarkets, takeaways, etc. It is only a twenty-minute walk to the centre of Bath. There is a lovely park called Alice Park, a five-minute walk away, with tennis courts. The canal is also around the corner, which is lovely for walks and bike rides.

It would be good to share with a friendly professional female or mature student who is relatively quiet.
