Room available in beautiful house share just 15 mins walk from the centre of Bath, Somerset. 5 mins walk from Chelsea road which has cafes, post office and great charity shops! 5 mins walk from Lidl, 10 from Marks & Spencers! 15 mins walk from Oldfield train station! 25 from Bath train Station, the house is located 2 mins from the beautiful canal.
I have lived in this house for 3 years and am only moving out because I am moving in with my boyfriend. It's such a lovely affordable house, the downstairs bedroom is so special! If you have plants it's great as it gets so much sunshine with the glass double doors that lead onto the garden! I tried to make the pictures of the bedroom not look too chaotic but the plants and I have outgrown the room 'literally' whilst being in it for the last 3 years!
The £600 includeds bills, WiFi, who gives a crap toilet paper for the house and cleaning products that we all share and buy together in the kitty! There is money left over each month! Miranda who lives in the house is the lead tenant and she organises all the bills and kitty money so if you have any questions when you move in you can ask her!
The house has a shared sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a cute garden out the back! There's a locked shed also where I currently keep my bicycle.
Currently is free parking on the street outfront, commuters can park on our road sometimes and steal the residents parking spaces but you can usually always find a spot.
All the housemates are lovely and friendly. Looking for someone who is a professional, clean and tidy, also rewpecful of others who work different days and hours!
