Double Bedroom on St James’s Square in Bath

The flat is in prime location - 2 minutes walk from the Crescent. Unfortunately, my flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to replace him within the next couple of months. Happy to be flexible with move in date, can’t be before 1st July. Looking for somebody who is a similar age to myself, has a job, is easy going and is sociable. The perfect scenario would be to commit to 6 months, then see how we go from there. It is a 2 bedroom flat.

I have a full-time job, Monday to Friday. I am pretty chilled out, will happily go for a beer, but also happy to chill in the evening. I am massively into sport, so expect that to be on TV regularly...

The total rent is £1400pcm, so £700pcm each. Bills typically come to £150pcm each (council tax - band C, gas, electric, water, wifi). We have 2 resident parking permits, which allow parking on the square and the surrounding streets.
