Fully furnished double room with a private en-suite bathroom at The Brook, Lower Bristol Road. The kitchen is shared with the flatmates, who are all quiet, friendly and respectful — a really easy-going house to live in.

The building is well-equipped with a gym, cinema room, communal lounge and quiet study areas. Wi-Fi and bills are included in the rent.

There's no garden, but Royal Victoria Park and the riverside are just a short walk away, so there's plenty of green space and scenery right on your doorstep. The location is a little away from the city centre, but it's only about a 15-minute walk — so you get the peace and quiet without losing the convenience. The bus stop is right in front of the building, making it easy to get to university and around the city.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and easy to live with. Students are welcome. The tenancy is available from 11 July, though the date is flexible if you need to adjust. The contract can be extended beyond September if you're looking for a longer stay.
