King-sized room with garage in quiet area of Bath

This is a spacious bedroom with king-sized bed in the Southdown area of Bath, ideal for a professional individual or a postgraduate student seeking a comfortable, quiet living environment.

You’ll be living with me (landlady) in my two bedroom house. The bedroom is bright and spacious, furnished with a king-sized bed and very large wardrobe with mirror. The property includes shared use of kitchen, living room, bathroom, conservatory and garden, all kept clean and tidy. Plenty of space in the conservatory for storing a bike if needed! There’s also a garage which you would be able to use for parking (I don’t have a car of my own) plus an off-road private parking space outside the garage for visitors.

All bills included (electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax).

I’m a female young professional and my interests include hiking, cycling, gym, board games, reading, cooking/baking, sewing and quilting.
I’m looking for a lodger who is friendly and enjoys living in a clean and tidy environment. It would suit well if you’re happy in your own company, as I’m often away for long weekends.

There are local shops within a 5 minute walk and the transport links are good, only a 15 minute walk to Oldfield Park railway station. Also within 5 minutes walk there’s a bus stop that takes you into central Bath, or walking into town takes 30 mins.
