I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving to Australia later this year!

🏠 The house
- Spacious master bedroom with plenty of room for a king-size bed and additional furniture
- Shared with one other female tenant, Beau
- Spacious living room and kitchen
- Small private paved garden
- Dog friendly
- Unfurnished, although I’m happy to sell some of my furniture, including the living room furniture if wanted
- One off-street parking space (currently used by Beau), with permit parking available

📍 Location

- 10–15 minute walk to Bath Spa Station and SouthGate
- Walking distance to Alexandra Park and Beechen Cliff
- Quiet residential location with easy access to the city centre

💷 Rent & Bills

- £850 per month
- Bills are split evenly between both tenants (approximately £200 each a month)
- Tenancy subject to referencing through the letting agent
