Freshly decorated large bedroom near Victoria park

We recently bought the property and we are looking for a lodger for the downstairs bedroom. The spacious room has beed freshly decorated and has basic furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe).

With the room we offer shared use of the kitchen, dining room, garden, downstairs toilet and master bathroom.

We have a disabled dog who is nervous with strangers and takes a bit of time to make friends. We would be looking for someone who appreciates dogs.

We are vegetarians and would appreciate if food is kept and prepared separately.

The house is still undergoing renovations and there will be limited access to the dining room for the next 2-3 months. The kitchen will be complete before September. The utility, downstairs toilet and master bathroom are all available to use.

The room is available from the 1st of September.
