The house is at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and is ideal for someone who appreciates having a calm, clean and comfortable home. It's a great environment for studying with very little traffic noise, plenty of birdsong and a small wooded area close by.
There is a supermarket at the end of the road. Bath City Centre is a flat walk, (about 25 minutes) or there are buses into town every few minutes, from the end of the road.
There are also buses to the University of Bath and to Bath Spa University which go from the end of the road.
The house has a well equipped shared kitchen with plenty of cooking space and everything you need, including cooker, microwave, air friers, fridge space, pots and pans, plus your own kitchen cupboard. There is also a washing machine and a shared shower room.
This is a quiet, respectful household, rather than a party house. The live in landlady is here about half the time, and her adult daughter and another long term resident lives in the house with one timid but friendly cat. Everyone is respectful of each other's space and the house is kept clean and tidy.
