I am one of the current tenants for this property (I have permission to advertise the property). Due to a change in circumstances, we are having to cancel our contract and are looking for 3 people to take over the tenancy.

This property is located in Brougham Hayes, in an optimal location. It is minutes away from the U2 bus stop, close to PureGym, Sainsbury's and Oldfield Park train station, which is what initially attracted us to the property.

It is a newly refurbished, fully furnished property consisting of 3 double bedrooms (2 on the top floor and 1 on the bottom floor) and one bathroom. It has a private garden and has new appliances, including a TV. Bills are included in the rent (gas, water, TV licence and electricity).

Importantly, the lettings agents have been nothing but professional and accommodating to our needs. The property does not come with desks or chairs, however before needing to cancel the contract, we were in discussion with the estate agents, who were more than happy to source desks and chairs in for us.

Some of the photos show the property prior to the refurbishment being completed, so I would encourage those interested to view the property as it has since been completed.

The security deposit is £916 per person and the rent per person per week is £239.

The council tax band is C, but there are exemptions for full-time students.
