The house room has stunning views towards Solsbury Hill, and a large sitting room with full width windows to make the most of the great views. You are welcome to share the rest of the house, and the landlord is in Bath for a few days each month. The first floor of the property has a full width kitchen diner with access to the rear garden. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, dual fuel cooker, washing machine and free standing fridge freezer (all brand new).

The south west facing rear garden has a patio and is maintenance free. Driveway for one vehicle in front of the garage, with communal parking behind the house.

Offering easy access to the M4, walking distance and on a bus route to the city centre (the 6/6a bus stops just outside).
