Room available in student house in Oldfield Park

Room available in a student house in Oldfield Park for the academic year, as one of our housemates has unfortunately had to drop out.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe and has plenty of natural light. You’d be living with a friendly group of second-year students in a relaxed and sociable house.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going to join the house. Oldfield Park is a great student area with good access to the university, shops and local amenities.

We are open to discussing changes to the rent.
