Mon - Fri Double Room, Newbridge, Bath

This is a Monday to Friday let, the room isn't available on weekends. It will not be used by anyone else, however I prefer the house to myself on my weekends off.

Double room available in the Newbridge area of Bath. Plenty of on street parking available, and good transport links into the centre. River walks and two nice pubs nearby, also a bakery, and nearby Chelsea Rd for more high street shops.

The house is a mid terraced two bed house. I occupy one room. The room available is a Double, furnished with a bed, and tv unit. There is potential for me to swap the TV unit for a wardrobe if the tenant wishes, or even create a built in wardrobe, extending the room into space from the master bedroom to accommodate this is needed. The room is sunny and bright and airy, at the back of the house, gets the sun in the morning until it moves to the front in the afternoon. The area is quiet, with nice neighbours including families. There is a modern shared bathroom with twin shower heads and ceiling Bluetooth speaker.

The house has fast, reliable wifi, a log burner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and an espresso coffee machine. The conservatory has been set up as a weights area, with a weights bench and selection of dumbbells, and a pull up bar. I have recently remodelled the garden, with outdoor seating.

I am a single gay male, 42 years old, and live in the house with my 15 month old golden retriever, Ruby. She is very calm and well behaved, loves cuddles and is great company. I do not allow Ruby upstairs or on the furniture, so no need to worry about dog hair everywhere.

I am a heating engineer, working Monday to Friday for British gas. I generally am up early, and when I get home, usually walk Ruby, cook some dinner and use the gym either at home or nearby. I enjoy coffee, walking, movies, camping, family time. I do not smoke or drink, and I generally like a quiet and calm house.

The ideal housemate would be someone accepting of the LGBTQ community, a dog lover, who is calm l, friendly and approachable. I like to keep a tidy house, so someone who keeps things clean and tidy would be ideal.
