The flat is located on Walcot Street and is a 5 minute walk to Waitrose and Milsom Street.
Nice pubs are located nearby (The Bell, Star and Pig and Fiddle).

The flat has been newly furnished to a high standard. On road parking is available on Walcot Gate with the option of also using the secure off-street parking by negotiation.

I am a young professional looking for someone quiet, tidy and considerate to share the flat with. The room is available from 1st Feb for £350pm with bills apart from council tax included.
