We are a quiet (no parties) house (due to neighbours), however, I am a professional singer, so you will hear singing?
Bedroom is downstairs in the property, and there are a dryer, washer, cooker, fridge/freezer for use, bathroom has a bath and a shower, and is upstairs.. crockery and kitchen space is there for the new housemate to use.
Council tax is included in the rent, but you must pay for your own broadband, the water/gas/electricity is split.
There is a shared living room for use.
You must be a clean, tidy, respectful nice person that likes cats!
