The flat is on Bathwick Hill, a fifteen minute walk from both the city centre and the university. It has an excellent location on the 18 bus route and has views over the city and surrounding countryside.

Inside the flat is furnished and well decorated. The kitchen includes a washing manchine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and frezer, gas hob, electric over and microwave. The living room has a corner settee, freeview television, electric piano and dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a corner bath with power shower. There is gas central heating.

Outside there is a balcony with a spectacular view of the city. There is a garage with room for a car and bicycles, plus off-road parking for guests.

The available room is south facing with a built in double wardrobe. Further furnishing may be available if required. The room measures 3x4m or 10x13'.

I have lived here for sixth months and in Bath for seven years. I work part time for the council and am also studying for a Masters degree. Hopefully you will find me friendly, considerate and easy to live with.
