You would be sharing with two considerate, friendly and sociable housemates. The house is furnished with the current housemates furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large shared bathroom and a small garden.
The house is in Oldfield Park just 2 mins away from Moorland Road's shops and amenities. It is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bath.

Bills are split equally between housemates. It currently works out at £115 a month each for gas, electricity, council tax, water, wireless broadband, TV (Virgin M), phone (free local weekend calls), contents insurance and household consumables i. e. toilet roll etc...
