This lovely, newly painted, and clean room is available in a secure and warm house within easy walking distance of Bath Uni (15-minute cycle, 35-minute walk), the train station, and the town centre (25-minute walk). Plus, there's a bus stop right outside for a quick 5-minute ride to campus (route 22 bus), and excellent bus connections throughout Bath (route 2 bus into town every 15minutes or a 5 min walk to the route 4a bus).

Comforts and Convenience:
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a sunny south-facing garden, and permit-free on-street parking (a rarity in Bath!). Plus secure bike lock point. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished with everything you need: bed, desk, chair, wardrobes, bookshelves, blackout curtains, desk and bed lights, pinboards etc.
The house was originally a 5 bed student house, over the years I have reduced the number of housemates, now it's just the one room to let and lots more space for us both!

Ideal Housemate:
Im looking for a friendly, mature, non-smoking student (ideally a PhD) who enjoys a good chat but also respects a peaceful and quiet household, especially evenings. Catchup over a cup of tea, film nights with a drink, or while cooking.
It is not a vegetarian household, but can be respectful in all things, there would be a dedicated fridge for the new housemate.

Details:
Bills are an additional £95 per month (includes fast internet, gas, electricity, water, and household items). Unfortunately, no couples or smokers. Open to flexible move-in/out dates and potentially a Monday-Friday let with a reduced price.
