Hi - my name is Pete!

I'm looking for an easy going, tidy and positive house mate to move into the double (furnished / unfurnished) spare room that will be available end of April.

A little about us - I'm originally from Berks but have moved back to Bath (where I studied) for a good job in Engineering. I like to keep fit so I do a lot of exercise at the University, Victoria Park, and at home! I also enjoy cooking and being outdoors. I've traveled / backpacked a fair bit around the world so I'm used to meeting and getting on with most types of people :)

My house mate is a young professional Baker from Blackpool and brings in fresh bread in the mornings, which is nice!

A little about the home: the house is semi detached with 3 bedrooms, situated 2 miles from the city centre (30min walk along river, 8-10 min bus journey or 10 min fast cycle). The house is fully furnished, includes things you wouldn't usually expect like: condenser dryer and dishwasher. There is high speed WiFi throughout the house and to both front and back gardens! There are padlocked sheds at the front and rear of house for storage e. g. bike, tools etc. The house's best feature is it's open plan kitchen / diner which can be opened out into the garden when it's nice. Parking (no permit) has always been available for me. Bus stop is on the Newbridge Road which is a minute walk. Local shops are on Chelsea Road which is a 10 minute walk.

A little about the room: Double room, approx 2. 8m x 2. 4m (furnished / unfurnished) will be £500 per month (all bills included).

Minimum term of contract is 3 months.

Room will be available end of April.
