Double room in lovely 2-bed flat

Hi, I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room Mon-Fri (or similar) for £525/month inc. all bills. It's a fully furnished double room in my 1st floor, 2-bedroom, end of terrace flat on Moorland Road. It has a large light shared living/dining room, new kitchen, big bathroom (with separate bath and shower and on-demand hot water), central heating, washing machine and dishwasher, and fast and reliable Virgin Wifi. You can park very close by for free.

It's a quiet location, although it's very close to local shops and amenities, inc. PO, newsagent, supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, greengrocer, etc. It's a 15-minute flat walk to the centre of town, and 2 minutes' walk to Oldfield Park station, so easy for Bristol and other routes.

I'm a researcher, often working from home. I like to socialise with friends, and get out for walks, but am also happy to stay in and chill out with tea or a G&T!
