Double room with a king size bed in Oldfield Park

Large double bedroom available in a 4-bed house in Oldfield Park (15 min walk to the city centre).

The room is large and sunny and comes with a king size bed, large desk with an office chair, chest of drawers and a clothes rack (furniture can be negotiated).

The whole house has been recently refurbished (4 months ago). It has a shared living room, fitted kitchen with washing machine, and a sunny back garden.

The rent is £420 per month including all bills, plus a deposit of £200. The contract for the whole house ends on the 31st July 2013.

I have been offered a job outside Bath, so I need to move out of the room before the end of the contract.

The other three housemates are all young professionals, very nice, friendly and fun, so ideally they would prefer someone similar.
