YOUR EXCLUSIVE LUXURIOUS AND SPACIOUS FURNISHED ROOMS INC. KITCHENETTE + OWN SHOWER IN CENTRAL QUIET CUL-DE-SAC IN A PRIVATE GEORGIAN HOUSE. Shared entrance hallway, washing machine, dryer. Owners live on top 3 floors. No other lodgers. Definitely no pets taken!
We are looking for a mature, professional, fully employed, non smoking female to take on, as a lodger, a superb suite of rooms within our own beautiful central Bath period house: (Sorry, no students, even at masters level!)
Two spacious top-spec rooms with bedroom (very comfortable double bed + TV) and adjoining living room via bi-fold doors which has its own 'Elfin' kitchen area, dining corner, large Freeview TV. Free WIFI. There's a built-in wardrobe, huge c-o-d, second storage unit, dressing table area and in winter months timed (i. e. not all day) central heating which works on the same system as the rest of the house. The shower room, for your own use, is a few steps down the passage, with recently redecorated shower, basin, toilet, towel rail.

This suite is in the basement/lower garden of our own large, late Georgian, terraced house and we share the entrance hall; also, we have the clothes dryer and store-room + log store etc. in the basement area so we come and go according to 'domestics'. You can use our washing machine weekly which is in our own kitchen.
The rooms are fully furnished and include all crockery, linen, towels etc. We therefore will not house any 'extra' furnishings etc. as there is no room!

This is a 'no interior keys' situation so our mutual comfort and trust is of great importance. No visitors or sleep-overs without prior permission. Respect for a quiet household is paramount.

This is a fabulous location, within easy walking of the town centre (10 mins stroll) and with Morrison's supermarket at the bottom of the road. Strictly no car parking available. Also, no bikes in, or through the house!

We are looking for a mature, professional, definitely non-smoking, employed female. We are looking for excellent references. I work from home and my husband is retired. We sometimes have our family or grandchildren in the house, and occasional social event.

Definitely no pets, children, or second person; sorry!
