Light spacious double room, in house share with 1 other (very chilled) person, 550 all bills included, or 500 for students due to council tax exemption , with good storage, wi-fi, available from 1st March short-term let/stay considered over summer, situated in a 3-bed house, easy 15/20 min walk from Bath city centre/station, FREE parking, (and just outside clean air zone, so no fees for van drivers!) In a peaceful area with good-sized garden and stunning views. You'd be sharing with myself (and teenage son some weekends and in hols). Would suit anyone friendly, chilled and working in the area, or postgrad student, (all nationalities welcome!) Pets also considered. I would also consider short-term let/summer stay . House has a newly re-vamped kitchen/diner, lovely living room, shared, clean bathroom and separate loo, plus great garden and views. On bus routes 2 and 4a, 4b. Local shops/amenities /cafés/pubs 5/10 mins away. I’m very relaxed and friendly person, in my late forties, who gets on with most people. I enjoy film, music, cooking, walking, socialising, but also just chilling quietly sometimes. Appreciate someone who's fairly independent and relaxed. Don't mind socialising and a chat, but also happy just to give people space. Discount for anyone with DIY skills 😊 Pets considered. (Love both dogs & cats). House is located just next to Mulberry Park.
