The property is within walking distance of the University of Bath and there is also a free bus service from outside the house into Bath city centre, which runs Monday to Friday during working hours. Free, on street parking.

Rent is £795 per calendar month which includes all bills, council tax (horrendous in Bath!) and wi-fi. A deposit of £500 is required (which will be placed in the Deposit Protection Scheme) along with references. No agency fee as letting direct from house owner.
