The prime location of the property means that it is just 5 minutes level walk to: local shops in Bathwick and Walcot Street; Sydney Gardens Park and the Holburne Museum.

It is only a 10 minute level walk to Bath City Centre via Pulteney Bridge, or Morrisons on London Road. Local amenities include: Fish + Chip Shops, Pubs, Grocery Stores, Newsagent, Deli etc. Easy access by bus to university. On the edge of the countryside with nearby canal towpath walk.

You should be a post graduate student studying at one of Baths’s universities or colleges. You should be clean, respectable and well mannered.

Payment of rent starts on the day you move in with a deposit of one months rent.
