Female housemate wanted

We are looking for a housemate to join 3 other friendly, non smoking, young professionals ( 2 guys and 1 girl. )
The house is in the Oldfield Park area of Bath which is just a 20 minute walk or short bus ride from the city centre. The sunny room is fully furnished complete with a double bed while the rest of the house is well equipped, has gas central heating and double glazing, with a living room, separate kitchen and a bathroom with a modern shower. There is also a sunny garden maintained by the landlord and permit on street parking.
Rent is inclusive of council tax, water rates, tv licence and Virgin fibre broadband.
Oldfield Park railway station and Moorland Road shops are a short walk away.
The room would ideally suit a female, young professional as I always keep the house mixed 50/50 guys to girls.
