Hi. I unexpectedly have a room available to let. Available 5 November. Ideal for a female professional or mature student, due to current house members. Perfect accommodation for Mon to Friday (reduced rent) but will consider full time for a mature student.

This is close to town and walking distance to bus and train. Convenient to parks and canal. It suits people who are studying or working and want a peaceful place to go home to.

Practicalities: Double bedroom overlooks quiet garden in nice home. Good location near city and canal. Easy access to University of Bath and Bath Spa. Furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, shelves and cupboard space. Duvet etc can be provided. Parking may be possible by arrangement.

There is a shared kitchen with all equipment and modern appliances .

This house suits graduate or mature students, university staff or professionals but have sometimes accommodated mature younger students who wanted a quiet place to stay.
Light modern bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC.

All bills are included. There is WiFi and TV license already. The only additional expenses are food, toiletries and travel.
