Bright light room for another woman in a quiet clean & well equipped house, situated near Hedgemead Park in Walcot. 10-15 minutes walk from Bath Abbey.

~ If you want a temporary base in Bath, that is secure and where you can study or work in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere and where privacy is respected, this temporary home could work for you.
~ We tend to socialise in town rather than having friends home so you need have no concerns about bumping into strangers in the house.
~ Whether you are a student requiring accommodation only for the summer to bridge an accommodation gap or visiting from overseas & in Bath for 2 or 3 months please get in touch.
~ Equally if you are a woman needing secure base for a longer let, this may be the perfect rental for you.

~The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, shelving, desk & chair.
~ Bedding and towels can be provided if you are coming from overseas (at no additional cost).
~ There is unlimited wifi.
~ Share the well equipped kitchen & the bathroom (usually with only one other). There is an additional downstairs toilet,

~ There is a small garden with a private terrace where we frequently eat and enjoy the sun through the summer.

- It is a lovely house and together we keep it clean and tidy.

~The house is well placed for supermarkets (both Waitrose and Morrisons are a short walk), shopping pubs and eateries and all the culture that Bath has to offer. Bus stops on Camden Crescent and London Rd are close by..

- Rent £650 Bills are an additional £140 pcm, (Sorry if you are not a student a contribution to to Council Tax band D will be added)
