Fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hobs, electric grill/oven and washing machine are all available in the kitchen. A long-haired cat also lives here, so you will need to not be allergic and able to deal with occasional cat hair.

The room itself measures approx 3.5m x 3m, with built-in immersion heater cupboard and shelves. The pictures show it with a large Queen-sized bed in situ, though it will be supplied unfurnished and has ample space for a double bed, desk, storage etc. Home workers are welcome, though you would need to install a desk in the bedroom for this purpose.

Ideal location on a quiet cul-de-sac next to Bear Flat, which has a Co-op store, several cafes, takeaways, and a pub. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the south end of town and the bus/train stations. On street parking for one vehicle is available if required but is subject to a £160pa (plus emissions levy) permit fee.

Rent for the room is likely to be around £555pcm, though we are currently waiting for the landlord to confirm this so it isn't finalised yet. Bills are currently around £120pcm all in, including Council Tax (band C), central heating, and high speed broadband/wireless internet. A deposit of £330 is required.
