A long-haired cat also lives here, so you will need to not be allergic and able to cope with occasional cat hair.

The pictures show it with a large Queen-sized bed in situ, though it will be supplied unfurnished and has ample space for a double bed, desk, storage etc. Home workers are welcome, though you would need to install a desk in the bedroom for this purpose and not work in the shared areas.

Ideal location on a quiet cul-de-sac next to Bear Flat, which has a Co-op store, several cafes, takeaways, and a pub. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the south end of town and the bus/train stations. There is currently no on street parking available due to permit restrictions.

Rent for the room is £555pcm, and bills are currently around £125pcm all in (though this may increase slightly in the new financial year), including Council Tax (band C), central heating, and high speed (900Mb) broadband/wireless internet. A deposit of £330 is required.
