Five double rooms in a great shared house in Bath. Upstairs room available for £860pcm including all bills* + 1 month rent as a deposit to secure the room that will be covered in a deposit protection scheme.
3 month tenancy agreement then monthly rolling contract.
Fully furnished bedrooms and kitchen. Bedrooms include: A large wardrobe; chest of draws; double bed and mattress.
*Bills included: Gas; electric; water & sewage; Council tax; high speed fibre broadband; TV license; and a fortnightly professional cleaning service for the kitchen, bathrooms and communal areas.
There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area complete with a breakfast bar, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, double American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drying racks, iron + board, tumble dryer, plenty of storage space including an individual cupboard for each tenant, the lounge is also fitted with a flat screen TV, chromecast and stereo system.
There is a small front and large rear south facing garden with decking and outdoor seating.
Plenty of street parking (unrestricted), there is also a large garage suitable for bikes (not cars).
Bus stop to the city centre is only 30 meters from the front door and provides a regular service to the city centre in 10mins. Oldfield Park train station is also within walking distance. There is also a local Tesco within a 5min walk. Being located on the south of the city it is great for access commuting to Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, etc... Also great for walking, running, cycling, etc... being close to the Two Tunnels routes and network of footpaths to Englishcombe village and surrounding areas.
The house is a traditional Bath stone period property built in 1905, it has been renovated to include a top spec gas heating system with a pressurised hot water cylinder, electrical rewire and safety check including at least 3 double switches in each room.
