This is a self contained annex to our home . It’s very clean and modern With it’s own ensuite shower room .Suitable for single person only. The room has a small fridge .
Convection microwave/ oven / grill .
Kettle , Toaster

.. It is a furnished small cosy room with a small double bed . . Bedding is included if required .
There is free WiFi plus all bills are included in the rent . This would Suit student or professional working in the day must be clean and tidy person . Someone who does NOT work unsocial hours. . No smoking .. On bus route in to Bath centre . Short walk to local shops . Quiet cul de sac area . Please note this is room only basis

is £165 per week paid on a weekly basis plus £250 deposit .
