Flat consists of two double bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, shower room/WC with washing machine plus extra WC on ground floor. Unlimited broadband/wifi.

Room is furnished with cast iron double bed, side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, desk (if required) and chair.

Existing flatmate is sociable, easy going and considerate, looking for a similar flatmate to move in.

Parking on the road is restricted by zone but is free Monday to Saturday after 7pm until 8am.

Communal areas are professionally cleaned once a month but flatmates are expected to keep flat generally clean and tidy.

Lovely leafy garden to relax in the sun.

We have a very friendly black and white cat, Alfie, who appears from time to time for attention so cat lovers very welcome.
