This room is inclusive of utility bills and includes super fast BT broadband. It is a large double bedroom with great views, located on the first floor. It's a clean and bright bathroom which is adjacent to a second shared room with a professional Bath University academic. Ideally you are a non-smoking, quiet final year or postgrad, at college most of the working day and will take care of the room and shared areas, communicate well and have a positive approach. Bills, broadband and off-street parking are all included so it's all in the one price. Available to view by arrangement.
I need a student for this room and I definitely can’t do couples, sorry. The house is in great condition, spacious and in a very good area on the eastern university side of Bath with stunning views of the city and surrounding hills. It is close to the Bathwick Hill University bus stop and ten minutes walk (through two lovely parks) into town. Also served by the Bathampton, Warminster and Salisbury bus routes which all take you direct to the centre and stations. It is a level 10 minute walk into town. Off street parking. Also nicely located within 10 minutes stroll of the Kennet and Avon canal, with cycle paths and walks up to Bathampton village and its country walks, pubs and cycleways.

Included is a great condition double bed, a mirror, desk and ample storage. I am happy to send more pictures to people interested in reserving the rooms from abroad....I’m used to working with international students/academics who want to reserve rooms ahead of their course start dates, or students and professionals relocating and not currently living in the area.

You also share a sunny shared lounge/dining room and shared ground floor kitchen.

The house has a new combi Worcester Bosch boiler. All gas, electrical and fire safety checks are done. The house has fireproofing and smoke alarms.

All deposits are receipted and dated with an email confirmation. I am looking for a reliable, quiet, responsible and mature non-smoking / vaping
tenant! Please no smokers....not even if you 'just smoke in the garden' (!) as I'm asthmatic and would prefer my home to be smoke-free .
