Post-graduate students would be preferred, but other applicants are welcome to apply. The landlord lives in a self-contained loft-converted flat. The house has a good-sized kitchen with plenty of fridge and freezer space. The bathroom is 4 years old, and there is an additional cloakroom downstairs. The house also has fast cable broadband available wirelessly. We are only a 20 minute walk from Bath town centre and have good local bus and train connections, as well as an impressive range of local shops and amenities, including a large co-op only 5 minutes away.
