Lovely light room in central Bath

Three month SHORT LET 1-3 months (18 June-18 September): We're looking for a female lodger, up to 28 years old, to rent this room in a quiet and beautiful part of Bath. Our home is 5 minutes' walk from Bath train station and just down the hill from Bath University.

The room is fresh and bright, looking out onto a leafy, quiet street. There's a shower/bathroom shared with one other female lodger and the kitchen is available to use for light cooking. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer and free parking available nearby. Rent includes all bills. Unfortunately, as we work from home, we 're not offering this room for people working, studying, or spending most of their time at home.

We are two people with adult children living away and are offering somewhere to live that's relaxed, clean and sociable. We're outgoing, active people, interested in others and looking for someone to rent who is also sociable and friendly, with interests and activities also that keep them busy outside the house. We keep our home clean and tidy and are looking for someone who's happy to also to keep things clean and tidy. If this sounds good to you, we'd love to hear from you:)
