A comfortable, fully furnished double room is available in a calm and friendly home in Odd Down. I’m a live-in landlord and really value creating a relaxed, respectful space where everyone feels comfortable.

I’m ideally looking for a female professional or student who enjoys a quiet home environment. This would suit someone with fairly regular hours, as it’s not the best fit for late-night schedules or frequent working from home (I work from home part of the week and there isn’t a desk in the room).

About me & the home:
I’m easy-going, well-travelled and open-minded, and I really enjoy being in nature. I often go away when I can and have been working on a fun project converting a small van into a micro-camper.

The house itself is peaceful and cosy – past lodgers have been very happy here. I enjoy the occasional chat in the kitchen, but also really respect having your own space and downtime.

I share the home with three very sweet cats, so you’d need to be comfortable with pets 🐾

The house is a vegetarian (vegan-friendly), smoke-free and alcohol-free home, which helps keep things calm and clean.

Situated in Odd Down with:
• Local shops just a few minutes’ walk away
• Bus stop 2 minutes from the house
• Around 10 minutes into town by bus
• Easy access to the University of Bath
• Beautiful countryside walks right on the doorstep

The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, and well connected.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, and considerate, and who appreciates a calm, relaxed home.
