Rooms in large well equipped house in BA1

Both rooms are large doubles, one king-size with built in wardrobes, the other a super king. Both are furnished to a high standard with recently purchased beds. The house us Georgian, with a large garden, & off road parking. The rooms include the breakfast kitchen, 2 bath/shower rooms, a study, living room, conservatory, dining room and laundry room, all of which are shared. I am a
professional in my 50s. I am based at the house but frequently away. I think my former lodger who moved out last month would confirm I am pretty chilled to live with. I genuinely enjoy sharing the house with others. Only rule is that you treat the place with respect and keep it reasonably - but not obsessively - clean and tidy, oh and no smoking.
