Double Room in a lovely home!

Hi, I’m Henry and I am looking for a lodger(s) who is / are looking for a double room - preferably for a few days a week…perhaps because you are working away from home and need to be close to your place of work during this time. However, I would be open to those who need to be here for the full week - but it would depend on the person(s).

The presently unfurnished room is available for you to dress as you wish to make it as cosy as you would want it to be and would be for you to use, ideally, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday while I am away with work…so you would have the place to yourself! As mentioned above though, for the right person(s) I might consider the whole week.

It is important to me that you are clean and hygienic, and respectful of both the room and the property, as well as the neighbours.

There are plenty of outdoor pursuit options nearby; from hill walks and hikes of the impressive Cheddar gorge and Mendip Hills, to cycle paths and river paddling.

The village itself is on a no-through winding country lane but despite its somewhat secluded location, it is perfectly situated for rapid access to multiple small towns and large cities:

It is approximately 11 miles from Weston-super-Mare, 25 minutes from Bristol airport, 4 miles from the historic town of Axbridge and 20 minutes from the cathedral city of Wells. The M5 Jct 22 is only a few minutes away providing easy access to Exeter, Newport and Cardiff in approximately an hour or just over. There are also excellent train links from Weston-super-Mare, Worle, Highbridge and Yatton making short work of getting to London in approximately 2 hours.

Although there is currently no broadband at the property all other bills are included in the monthly figure, and broadband can be installed (I just don’t need it / would use it enough to warrant having it at the moment).
