Whole cottage to rent in amazing location

Hi there. I am looking to sub-let the house I have been staying in for the last 4 years. I am moving to Devon to start a new job, initially on a 3 month rolling contract. Whilst I settle in I would like to keep the option of returning to this property, in case I don’t enjoy it.

It would suit a couple or a young professional, I would like to keep the bedroom I have been staying in reserved in case of my return. The room that will be available will be freshly decorated, the rest of the house will be mostly unfurnished.

The house is situated in the mendip hills and features one of the best views in the south west (in my opinion). There is a decking to the back of the property that overlooks Blagdon lake and French doors leading from the kitchen which is amazing in summer.

If I decide to settle permanently in Devon then full occupancy will be transferred over.

The rent includes all bills.

There is plenty of parking, the ability to drive and owning a car is a necessity in order to live here as it is very rural. Commuting into Bristol is 25/30 minutes.
