Double room en suite in Large village house

A period village house seeks applicants for one of its double rooms. Lively house sometimes, Ben lives here. Applicants must like, or tolerate Pugs.
The room is large. It is furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, it has built in wardrobe, a double bed. The En-suite has a generous shower, basin and toilet.. The room looks out to the large village garden where there is a vegetable patch available to tenants, plus garden, BBQ area, Greenhouse etc.
Roadside parking. The house has a second hand shop selling curiosities, tat, furniture, the odd antique, artwork.
Musical visitors come and go and there is a live music performance attended by locals throughout the winter months..
